East Harbour – A new Commercial Development coming to the east side

Join Paul McDonald from RE/MAX Hallmark Realty as he tours the Unilver soap plant with speaker Derek Goring from First Gulf. East Harbour, Toronto’s newest addition to the waterfront community, will be primarily a commercial development bringing business/employment opportunities. Along with this development there will be many welcoming additions to the neighbourhood such as the downtown relief line, a train station, a number of commercial buildings, shopping, restaurants, parks and naturalization of the Don River. It’s a lot to take in but once this project is completed it will bring life back to the lower Don River, clean up the land, provide employment and integrate/connect the far reaching outskirts of the city to the core.

For more information on this great development be sure to check out Urbantoronto.ca, they’ve put together a comprehensive overview of the project.
